The termsin full
- Commission
- 10% of net revenue on the standard tier.
- How long
- 12 months from each customer's first qualifying payment.
- What counts
- Top-ups and membership fees. Usage is not counted a second time; bonus credits and free trials never count.
- Net revenue
- After taxes, discounts, refunds, chargebacks and fraudulent orders.
- Attribution
- A customer who clicks your link, then signs up and pays for the first time within 30 days, is yours. We lock it to their account, not only a cookie. In the EU, EEA and UK a click counts only if the customer had already allowed analytics cookies on our site when they clicked; elsewhere, unless they had turned them down.
- Payouts
- Monthly through PayPal, Payoneer or Wise, after a 30-day review, with a $50 minimum.
- Reversals
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission automatically.

The rulesso nobody gets hurt
- Disclose the relationship the way your audience's local rules require.
- Never present us as official, and never use words like “ByteDance official” or “OpenAI official”.
- No self-referrals, and no top-up and refund cycles.
- No fake traffic, bots or incentivized clicks.
- No bidding on our brand terms without written permission.
- No posting our links or codes on coupon, deal or cashback sites without our written agreement.

Yes. Payments through Stripe and PayPal both earn commission; we track PayPal payments in our own ledger.
