- Who takes payment

- How you pay
- Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal, in US dollars.
- Credits
- 1 credit = $0.01 at the standard top-up rate. The price shows before every render.
- Failed renders
- Held credits are refunded automatically when no video comes out or a safety check blocks it; rejected content is not charged. A video that is made is charged.

Content safetychecked in layers
- Checks
- Prompts and uploads are checked before generation, and the model applies its own safety check as well.
- Likeness and IP
- You confirm you hold the rights to any real person, voice, brand or character you use.
- Reports
- Report infringement or abuse on the report page or by email; we act on every report. Report content
- AI labels
- Outputs carry AI-generated labels or metadata where the law requires it.

- Video inference
- ByteDance Seedance 2.0 through BytePlus ModelArk.
- Image inference
- Open-weight Qwen-Image models served by Runware, with fal as backup.
- Your uploads
- Private by default. Never shown to other users.
- Training
- We do not use your uploads or outputs to train models.
- Retention
- Result files (images and videos) are kept for 12 months after they are made, unless you keep them in Assets or a project; the job record stays. Uploads are kept until you delete them or close your account.
- Transfers
