What it costsby the second

Video by the second, images by the image. Every figure comes from the same calculator that quotes each render in the studio; the 5 s column is one clip, for scale.

Editing costs a little more than generating, because the edit model does more work per image.

Our commitments

  • Quoted before it runs

Every render shows its price in credits before it starts and is never charged above that quote. API calls carry a quote or a price cap.

  • Failed or refused renders cost nothing

If no video comes out (the render fails or the model refuses it) or a safety check blocks the result, the credits held for it are refunded to your balance automatically, with no request needed. A prompt our check refuses is never charged. A video that is made is charged, even if you do not like it.

  • Broken files are refunded after a check

If a file is broken or misses what you paid for (length, resolution, shape or sound), press “Report a problem” on it. We check the file and return its credits to your balance.

  • Canceling stops the renewal

Cancel a membership and the next renewal is not charged; its benefits last to the end of the period you paid for. Auto top-up stays off unless you turn it on.

  • Top-up credits last 12 months

From the day you buy them; they never reset at month end. Your balance shows the date, and we email you 30 and 7 days before a top-up with 100 credits or more left expires.

Top up oncespend per shot

Credits are prepaid, last 12 months and never reset at month end. Each amount shows roughly how many clips it buys at the spec on the tile.

Top-ups and memberships go on sale when paid rendering opens.

Validity
Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. We email you before they expire, and your balance always shows the next expiry date. Credits that expire soonest are used first.
Auto top-up
Optional and off by default. Refills to an amount you choose when your balance drops below a threshold.
At zero balance
New renders stop. Nothing ever runs on credit.
Payment
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, or PayPal. Charged in US dollars.
Refunds
Credits are refunded automatically when no video comes out or a safety check blocks it; a video that is made is charged. Unused top-ups follow the refund policy.

Memberships have their own tab: the monthly fee comes back as credits, and you get a priority queue, more renders at once and bigger batches, at the same per-shot prices.

Pricingquestions

What does one credit cost?

$0.01 at the standard top-up rate: $10 buys 1,000 credits. Prices show credits first, with the dollar figure beside them.

Do failed renders cost anything?

No. Credits are held when you submit and refunded automatically when no video comes out (the render fails or the model rejects the content) or a safety check blocks the result. A video that is made is charged, even if you do not like it; a broken file is refunded after a check. Both steps appear in your ledger.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Pay as you go works on its own. On a membership the monthly fee comes back as credits at the top-up rate, and you get a priority queue, more renders at once and bigger batches. It never lowers the per-shot price. In a month you use the whole fee, you pay the same as on pay as you go; membership credits left at the end of the month expire.

How is a reference video billed?

Its seconds count too: input seconds plus output seconds are billed at the lower video-input rate. The quote spells it out, for example input 3 s + output 5 s = 8 s.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them; they do not reset at month end. Each top-up has its own date, shown in your balance, and credits that expire soonest are always used first. We email you 30 days and 7 days before a top-up with 100 credits or more left expires. Credits from a promotion carry their own, shorter expiry date.

How much are images?

A 1K image costs 1 credits on Image Mini and 2 on Image Fast. Editing one costs 2 and 3.
