01What you can report

  • Content that infringes your copyright or trademark.
  • Use of your likeness or voice without your permission.
  • Content that breaks our Acceptable use policy.
  • Security vulnerabilities.

02How to report

Email abuse@pershot.app for abuse and likeness, copyright@pershot.app for copyright and trademarks, or security@pershot.app for vulnerabilities.

03What to include

  • A link, a job ID or a description of the content.
  • Why it is a problem, and which right or rule it concerns.
  • Your name and how to reach you.
  • For copyright: the work you own, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your report is accurate and that you own the right or act for its owner.

04What happens next

We acknowledge your report, review it, and remove or restrict content where that is appropriate. We may tell the user involved, without sharing your contact details unless the law requires it.

05If your content was removed

Reply to our notice with your explanation. We will review it and restore the content if the report was mistaken.

06Urgent safety issues

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
